In Steam VR once i press STRG / TAB with OCULUS i do. In Steam VR you can launch the Game too but it behaves very bad currently so id recommend you use STEAM to load the Game first Place. You can launch it in Steam and then once the Game loaded on Desktop press TAB and STRG sametime to jump to VR Mode.
